If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you may return the unused item(s) within 30 days of receiving the ordered iitem(s) for a refund of the merchandise value.  An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges.  There are no restocking charges for unused items.  

You may return any used purchase for a refund with 60 days from original purchase.  However, if the material is damaged from a failed installation attempt or otherwise, a 25% restocking fee may apply or a refund may not be possilbe.  Please contact us by phone or office@wanekmedical.com to arrange return.  Return postage and handling is the responsibility of the buyer.
