Fibric acid, Riboflavin 30 mg (yellow capsule) and a combination of Niacin and Pantothenic acid 15 mg each (3 white capsules). When capsules are emptied and made into a hot water beverage, acts to support the immune system and relieve nasal congestion, runny nose, cough and sore throat.
For immune support during peak viral season, take once per month in November, December, January and February, 30 minutes prior to dinner. Take another dose in March if the month is cold and wet. Otherwise take as directed.
